Our wellness coaching is an effective form of care based on evidence-based principles derived from cognitive behavioral therapy, the most researched, supported form of psychotherapy. Wellness coaching is NOT about consulting, advice giving or being told what to do. It’s not about vision boards or journaling, magical thinking, or overnight success mindsets.

Your Wellness Coach will help you make the space to more fully explore your thoughts, feelings, values, behaviors, and sense of purpose. We help uncover the root of problems, understand difficult emotions, and assist in negativing unhealthy thought patterns to create a deeper understanding and broader context for your experience. Therefore, we mostly work with focusing on your present and future experiences, partnering with you to move into the realm of “action”. Although we're also help individuals understand how the past may be holding them back, it is important to note that working through trauma is certainly within the realm of therapy.
In Wellness coaching most of the progress happens in between sessions. It is about co-creating practices that one can engage in to start making those behavior shifts in life.
